Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start beginning of February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Based at the Saint-Éloi site in Toulouse, an internship position has arisen within the Logistics and Scheduling department to work on one of the main projects of the plant, the FRAPPE (Flux Réduction Amélioration Processus Pièces Elémentaires - Detail Parts Flow Reduction Improvement Process) project. This project concerns the flow management of detail parts and their scheduling from today to 5 years from now. The topic of this internship concerns several flow rationalisation projects between internal and external activities.

You will be in charge of:

·  Steering the monitoring of the expression of needs emitted by the assembly and spare parts lines,
·  Implementing indicators on critical data of the scheduling,
·  Participating in the deployment of the short-term scheduling (supporting changes, communication),
·  Ensuring the follow-up of actions related to the project,
·  Observing the defined scheduling of the project,
·  Deploying results and ensuring after-sales service.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a business or engineering school, specialising in Project Management, Logistics or Supply Chain,
·  Good knowledge, or ideally initial experience in production, industrialisation and supply chain,
·  Proficiency with MS Office tools, in particular MS Excel; knowledge of SAP would be a plus,
·  Ability to adapt, meticulous and analytical and synthesis skills,
·  Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills,
·  Energetic and good working rhythm,
·  Advanced level of French; intermediate level of English.
