As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for LEAN AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT DEFINITION INTERN (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in the Toulouse-Blagnac.

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department «AOS Definition & Assessment» which activities include the development of the Operational Excellence System of Airbus.

The objective of the internship is support digitalization of AOS (Airbus Operationg System) and organization of Industrial Assessments.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Contribution to Digitalization of AOS solutions including: detailed screening and assessment of existing solutions, rating them according to AOS principles and promotion of the preferred solutions.
·  Maintenance of standards in the system (updates, improve organisation....).
·  Support to project to integrate AOS in Airbus Business Management System on organisation, improvement and adaptation of documentation.
·  Support deployment of digital tool to manage daily performance (SQCDP).
·  Support Industrial Assessments organisation and execution.
·  Support AOS experts in ongoing projects and activities.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 Engineering or equivalent, with specialization in Industrial Organization and you obtain following competences:

- English: advanced level

- French: advance level

- You would like to work in manufacturing and industrial processes

- You are interested in Aeronautics

- You have some knowledge/interest of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
