Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will work in the quality department of Airbus Helicopters customer services. Your objective will be to analyse the audits performed within the department and harmonise the way they are processed through a common tool. This tool will allow us to have a common view on action times and an analysis on opened and ongoing actions with a recovery process for the processing.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Concerning the audits of our repairers, service centres and internal audits, your tasks will include:

·  Preparing audit plans,
·  Planning quality actions,
·  Following the proper resolution of corrective actions within deadlines,
·  Optimising and rationalising the follow-up of quality audits (regarding audit supports, their restitution mode, the follow-up of corrective action and process escalation).

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in 5th year of university, specialising in Quality Engineering or in Project Management.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You have knowledge in:

·  Fundamentals in quality assurance,
·  Surveillance,
·  Steering of projects, improvements, quality follow-up, innovation,
·  Health and safety,
·  Individual safety and protection.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
