As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a FLIGHT HOURS SERVICES – DIGITALIZATION AND INDUSTRIALISATION (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in BLAGNAC .

This internship is to be filled from DECEMBER 2019 (keep in mind that hiring process takes about 4 months, from the validation of Job Requisition) (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « Flight Hour Services » which provides customized services to its Customers (mainly Airlines) ranging from FHS-Component up to a TSP (Tailored Support Program) with the objective to provide airlines with significant inventory management and repair cost savings whilst supporting the improvement of their maintenance and engineering activities to allow an increased aircraft reliability and availability in an improved airworthy environment. AIRBUS Flight Hour Services (FHS) is a transnational team managed from AIRBUS Head Quarters (TLS) with strong international footprint (Germany, Ireland, Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong-Kong, Great Britain, Brazil, Chile,…).

The objective of the internship is to support the change management for the digitalization of this service supporting the change management, build the communication plan, defining the needs to support the activity in the frame of the migration to Google Suite.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

In frame of FHS Powered by Skywise project, your mission will be to support the change management to this new digital platform.

Your main activities will include:

- Support the change management: (Vision, Motivation, Knowledge, action plan, resource), identify pain points, define solutions, implement solutions,

- Build a communication plan to explain FHS Data Catalog (how to use it, scope...), list of application behind the FHS PBS projects,

- Identify improvements axis in term of digitalization based on as-Is situation,

- Develop training materials to support the change management.

In frame of FHS Program management, In Service model financial tracking tool and commercial models are developed on Excel files. As Airbus will migrate to Google suite, your mission will be to support the definition of the new tools for the department. Your main activities are:

¤ To analyze the As Is situation

¤ To define the To Be solution including: requirement dossier, business case, project schedule, define the Work package and the associated Organization Breakdown Structure.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in Aeronautical Engineer / Information System / Trading - Marketing / Project Management or equivalent, with specialisation in digital solutions and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCE

- French: ADVANCE

- You are interested in new technologies

- You have a good knowledge of project management, Business requirement definition and change management.

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as Google Suite, Palentir

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
