Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

The main role of the Management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Activities department is to define the support system from product design onwards. ILS will analyse the logistics impacts, influence design and integrate modifications in all Service and Support deliverables. These deliverables represent all Service and Support activity related to the product and use concepts from maintenance, documentation, spares and service bulletins. Within this Tigre ILS Management department (ESXT) and as part of the transformation plan, you will be responsible for a project defining a new financial structure for all these activities and a call for tender reply project.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Analysing the financial structure of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities on the TIGRE helicopter
·  Setting up a cost matrix by discipline including all activities
·  Modelling the full chain with possibilities of cost simulations taking different scenarios into account.

Required skills

You are in the second year of business school, completing a Master's degree or in the 4th year of university, specialising in Finance/Management Control.
You ideally have some initial experience.

You have knowledge in databases and are proficient in Excel.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level
French: fluent.
