Description of the job
Support of the objectives for the Rear Fuselage and Empennage (RFE) of the A350 XWB Program:
· Ensure proper accounting in accordance with the cost breakdown structure of the Program (CBS).
· Contribute to New & Incremental Development Projects through Earned Value Management (EVM): External/internal monthly reporting, and forecast
analysis Vs targets at completion.
· Contribute to financial controlling of A350 Continuous Support to Serial Production at Getafe and Puerto Real Plants through Driver Models for Non
Recurrent Costs (NRC). External/internal monthly reporting and forecast analysis Vs annual targets.
· Contribute to the convergence of the OP'18 (annual budget setting) for RFE in a fully integrated process between Program and Functions.
· Build and deliver forecasts and follow-up analysis of NRC BUY upfront payments to A350 XWB Risk Sharing Partners and Subsidiaries.
For the entire contribution of Airbus Spain to the New Development of A350 XWB Program
· Produce financial reports for the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade in order to comply with funding agreements.
For A350 XWB Program Management cost centers:
· Calculate and monitor hourly rates, manage expenses approvals and secure hour booking consistency

English: advanced
Project Management experience not necessary but might be appreciated
