Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Within Airbus Helicopters' Communication department, the role of the Communication function is to ensure confidence-inspiring dialogue with the internal and external stakeholders of Airbus Group and its divisions and its subsidiaries.
This function is constantly evolving to establish new standards in product and institutional communication in order to steer company strategy, nourish partnerships and establish a solid brand reputation worldwide.

In the context of your internship, you will join the Protocol and Events team in Marignane and work on public relations and internally or externally organised events.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Taking part in project management for large visits or for the organisation of seminars;
·  Working on planning and developing programmes, researching locations (being in contact and working with numerous external subcontractors), following up on budgetary constraints and implementing innovative projects.

This role will involve a lot of contact with the various divisions within the company.

Required skills

You are in the final year of business school, university or equivalent (4-year degree) specialising in communication.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level.
French: fluent level.
