Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers is looking for an intern for a 2 to 4-month placement.

Working in the JOVG314 department, at the St Médard-en-Jalles (33165) site, under the guidance of your training supervisor, Mr Didier Vincent, you must quickly understand the context and the activity, introduce the changes to staff and present the reasons for the modifications.

This internship will be available from 1 May 2017 (although there is a certain degree of flexibility).

A DGA Confidential Defence approval is required.

Tasks & accountabilities

The aim is for Airbus Safran Launchers to equip itself with a user technical documentation writing tool (DTU) for future so-called New-Business programmes in the JOVG314 department,
In that context, your tasks will include:

·  defining destructive and selective criteria according to professional users' needs,
·  identifying potential tools on the market (broad-based prospecting and selecting a short-list),
·  evaluating those tools and ranking them in order to make a reasoned choice.

Required skills

Candidates should be in their second year at an engineering school, Master's students or university students (4th year), specialising in industrial maintenance.

Ideally, you already have some initial experience.

You have a thorough knowledge of computer science
You have the ability to be concise.

You are known for being an excellent communicator and a unifying influence

Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
