Description of the job

Airbus Group Corporate Functions (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

From different elements such as international & national regulations, standards and best practices related to Airbus Group business processes, Airbus Group internal policies (e.g. Code of Ethics, Airbus Group business ethics policy and rules), you will be responsible for keeping the group / division safe from any reputational, legal and financial risks.

You will be responsible for mitigating the non-compliance risks by:

· Defining/implementing policies and rules in all Airbus Group entities,
· Enhancing compliance culture by developing a comprehensive and extensive compliance programme (training, information…),
· Coordinating and controlling the implementation of the compliance policies inside the group through a network of compliance officers,
· Preventing breaches of ethical / compliance standards inside the entire Airbus Group (Divisions, subsidiaries) and managing remediation actions in case of breach,
· Auditing regularly the implementation of the policies over the Airbus Group and control the effectiveness of these policies.

This internship will start on 4th January 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

· Identifying and assessing ethics & compliance risks,
· Defining and implementing adequate internal policies and rules,
· Monitoring and controlling the implementation of such policies through internal controls and subsequent procedures within the Airbus Group Business Units and subsidiaries,
· Developing and coordinating a ethics & compliance network,
· Developing and maintaining a comprehensive and extensive ethics & compliance programme (training, information…),
· Supporting directly the Management in case of specific issues and/or cases of infringement,
· Contributing to the Ethics & Compliance risk assessment into the Airbus Group Enterprise Risk Management System and defining mitigation actions,
· Taking active part in the dialogue with international institutions and Industry leaders,
· Providing permanent guidance and advising and supporting to employees,
· Auditing regularly the implementation of the internal policies.

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree, or you are in the 5th year of a business school or university specialising in law.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and in ethics and compliance.
You are recognised for your ability to communicate and to influence.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level.
