Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (La Courneuve) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will participate in organisation improvement project based on the "liberation of energies" principle.
The challenge consists in proposing an organisation based on trust and the independence of all personnel.

This internship will start on 16th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Being the internal referent for the conducting and facilitating the acquisition of operational excellence for the implementation of performance improvement, based on Lean and Right first time principles , and associated approaches and methods such as Lean and Operating Systems, problem-solving and quality standards,
·  Developing and contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential,
·  Leading the transformation and supporting improvement concepts, methods and techniques, as well as the development of skills and independence.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, business school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Project Management.

You ideally have initial experience in the field of general training and knowledge of organisations.

You have a good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: advanced level.
