Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Within the context of the flight authorisation process, the aim of this internship is to define and apply a technical reference to support the approval of flight conditions.
For all helicopter systems (power plant, transmissions, avionics, etc.) and all cross-functional disciplines (security, thermal, environment, vibrations, resistance, etc.)

This internship will start on 1st April 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Defining safe flight requirements and their interpretation
·  Defining conformity means (tests, inspections, analyses, etc.) for these requirements and the expected proof of conformity (documents)
·  Defining a method to select the applicable requirements and conformity means in order to minimise the flight conditions approval activity
·  Applying this method to complex cases and various products.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Engineering/Airworthiness, Security.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: fluent level,
French: fluent level.
