Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will support Buyers in charge of small engines procurement.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In the frame of transition from Current Engine Option (CEO) to New Engine Option (NEO), your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Driving processes improvement:

o Supporting implementation of the transition (consolidation of ceo/neo processes),
o Managing visual management and associated tools,
o Follow-up risk management process,

·  Leading, consolidating & organizing reporting on PPS activities (consolidation ceo/neo):

o Improving adequate templates,
o Supporting, facilitating and optimizing reporting activities,
o Reporting consolidation,

·  Contributing to projects:

o Business cases creation and analysis relating to current projects,
o Financial analysis on specific projects,
o Synthesis and presentation,

·  Supporting contract administration and operational activities:

o Drafting of contractual documents,
o Supporting to purchase order management,
o Contributing to day-to-day problem solving.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an Engineering or Business school, specialising in Engineering / Powerplant, Propulsion, Combustion or in Business Administration and Economy.

You ideally have initial experience in procurement.

You have the following qualities:

·  Knowledge of Office,
·  Very good presentation skills,
·  Ability to deal with financial data,
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities,
·  Ability to act independently, be proactive and lead actions to closure.

Knowledge in SAP would be appreciated.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and skills.

English: Advanced level,
French: Fluent level.
