Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (La Courneuve) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 30th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will include:

MISSION 1 - Providing assistance to the site's Electricity manager for the implementation of the ISO 50001 energy management standard and for the implementation of CMMS indicators:

·  Creating a tool that is capable of monitoring energy performance indicators, in order to closely follow consumption at the site,
·  Raising personnel awareness of energy management and creating dashboards to communicate on the consumptions of each sector,
·  Identifying the significant energy uses of the site,
·  Drafting a procedure for the controlling of non-conformities.

MISSION 2 – Using centralised technical management and the Energy Management System:

·  Optimising the settings of HVAC of technical equipment of the site using GTC (time programming, set points, etc.),
·  Ensuring the follow-up of the reliability of counter data,
·  Creating follow-up indicators associated to consumption alarms in EMS Esight 5.

MISSION 3 – Analysing the energy audit:

·  Analysing the energy audit drafted by a specialised Design Office, on the possibility of deploying renewable energies at the site,
·  Identifying energy optimisation works with interesting returns on investments.

MISSION 4 – Assisting with the implementation of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) software:

·  Finalising the implementation of CMMS with the project manager and customers,
·  Creating indicators with all customers.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing the 2nd year of a Master's degree, or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Electrical Engineering/Energy with a focus on Maintenance.

You ideally have initial work experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate to an advanced level,
French: fluent.
