Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers is looking for an intern for a 3 to 6-month placement.

You will join a team in our metrology laboratories, responsible for calibrating measuring equipment on our Isaac site, which validates, describes the processes to be applied and monitors them.

This internship will be available from 1 March 2017 (although there is a certain degree of flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your job will be:

·  To set up and optimise the calibration process in thermal, force and pressure areas.

Required skills

Candidates should be in their second year at an engineering school, Master's students or university students (4th year) specialising in physical measurements.

Ideally, you already have some initial experience.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and have a sound knowledge of measurement principles.
You are known for being meticulous and self-motivating.
Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
