Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will integrate and update a 3D virtual helicopter for Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT).

This internship will start on the 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Creating CATIA 3D data (modelling of complex components),
·  Defining and implementing kinematics for moving components,
·  Entering and maintaining data in a virtual product management System (VPM),
·  Implementing data in virtual environment.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an engineering or business school, specialising in general engineering or media sciences.

You ideally have a first experience within the aerospace / aeronautical industry.

You have knowledge of:

·  Project follow up (forecast, tasks follow-up, reporting…),
·  Financial fundamentals (cost follow-up),
·  Contract Management,
·  Programme / Product strategy and roadmaps,
·  Project Lifecycle Management.

You master the following tools:

·  3D software,
·  CATIA 5,
·  MS Office.

You have the following qualities:

·  Skills for synthesis,
·  Rigor and following standards,
·  Service minded.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Intermediate,
French: Fluent.
