Description of the job

Cassidian CyberSecurity (Elancourt) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

For the development of its activity, Airbus Defence and Space CyberSecurity create innovative solutions in security and cyber defence. The aim of this internship is to promote these cyber defence solutions in the form of:
1. Technological Watch and Competitive Intelligence and state of the art
2. Customer testimonials and feedback
You will work with the Product Managers, interacting with security expert, marketing and sales agent teams

This internship will start on 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:
1. Technological Watch on Competitive Intelligence and state of the art

·  Technical and contextual understanding of the solutions
·  Keeping the technology watch and competitive intelligence up to date, capitalising and on it formalising it for each product (differentiators, functionalities, trends, etc.)
·  Implementing a newsletter on the subject

2. Customer testimonials and feedback

·  Interviews with operational and sales/customer teams to highlight the main points (feedback questionnaire to be produced and used)
·  Getting and formatting this feedback on experience
·  Proposal for an outline of customer feedback

Expected deliverables

·  Newsletter on Technological Watch
·  Comparative summary with the competition
·  Questionnaire on customer experience feedback
·  Outline of customer feedback on user cases

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering or business school, or completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in General Engineering, Cyber Security, or Product Marketing

You ideally have initial experience in this field.
You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and PowerPoint).
Cyber security knowledge would be a plus.

You are independent, a good team worker and have excellent interpersonal skills.
