Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will manage the customs regulations at both national and international level and will ensure customs optimization.

This internship will start on 3rd April 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Ensuring customs compliance in all relevant worldwide legislations, with the aim of preparing or supervising the customs declarations to be filed to the respective customs administrations,
·  Performing customs management by:

o Securing customs procedures,
o Maintaining customs network,
o Creating schemes in order to optimize the group's customs duty savings,
o Mitigating risks related to customs matters, defending customs position externally (e. g. towards customs administrations),
o Advising other business functions (commercial, procurement, transport and supply chain...) in respect of all customs implications.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a high business school or a Master's degree at university (5th year), specializing in Law, Economic, Legal and Tax systems.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and good knowledge of:

·  Legal,
·  Customs Audit, Expertise, tools and procedures,
·  Customs Management, Regulations and Optimization,
·  Management of Customs Authorizations.

You ideally have an interest in Information Technologies.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
