Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will be responsible for assisting the implementation of the CRM.

This internship will start on 30th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Listing the required functionalities, implementing then in the software (i.e. Customisation and report creation) and writing the user guide accordingly,
·  Your mission could extend beyond CRM and involve some business development initiatives such as link CRM software with external database,
·  Subject to time available, being involved in other business development projects tbd.

Required skills

You are in the third year of your Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) or in the first year of a Master's Degree (Bac+4) in IT or Communication or in an Engineering school.

Mastering Word, PowerPoint and knowing how to manipulate, navigate, search data in database and create report is required for this position.
A CRM experience would be a plus.

You are recognised for your organisational skills as well as good interpersonal & communication skills.
Furthermore you enjoy working in a team.
Good writing and editing skills round up your profile.

Advanced English skills.
Other language skills would be an advantage.
