Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 3 to 6-month internship.

The aim of this internship is to set up a Wiki for the Airbus Defence and Space Optic Instrument division, a website that can be edited when necessary by its users, through a browser that enables them to publish information, improve it and share their knowledge.

This is a collaborative public work space that is feed by the free contributions from the public and the members of the division.
You will provide an information point for the entire community of the division and you will improve the Airbus internal public visibility of the division towards other divisions and management.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Becoming familiar with the existing Wiki mock-up and understanding how to modify it,
·  Studying improvement possibilities of the access to the Wiki through our HUB and restrictions management,
·  Expanding the public section of the Wiki (showcase of the division in English), which is visible to the entire personnel of Airbus Defence and Space,
·  Expanding the private section of the Wiki (in French), which is only visible to the employees of the optic instruments division,
·  Implementing training sessions (with practical work) and inviting the entire division to a training session (250 people).

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Communications, Media Design.

You ideally have initial experience in the creation of a website (layout, image touch-up, etc.)

You are a team player, independent and you are willing to make suggestions.

You have excellent communication and writing skills.

You have:

·  basic IT knowledge to take over the WIKI confluence language,
·  the ability to summarise information.

English: advanced level,
French: advanced level.
