Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:
 Providing proactive legal advice and services relating to operations and profitable to the company's departments (purchasing, sales, customer services and support, programmes, deliveries, finance, commercial, engineering and environmental development), notably in the area of institutional structuring and governance, delegations, fusions, acquisitions and cooperation, subsidiary management, litigation, competition, antitrust, business, document management, preparation and negotiation of contracts, intellectual property, IT, R&T and R&D, and environment,
 Supporting the company's commercial activities through supporting training, structuring, preparing and negotiation with departments,
 Providing support to create and implement standardised documents and legal processes,
 Ensuring that the company is not exposed to significant legal risks, limiting these risks, defending and resolving administrative investigations, managing and resolving pre-trials and litigation cases,
 Giving information and reports on legal risks or responsibilities as well as legal opportunities to the company's legal department managers on a regular basis,
 Advising and supporting the company's management in trade, competition, and regulatory proceedings. Following up legal and regulatory developments concerning the company, analysing the effects on the business activities and advising the management on the implications and solutions
 Providing and managing institutional documentation for the company and its subsidiaries,
 Ensuring that the correct legal protection is in place and optimising the company's assets and tangible and intangible fixed assets,
 Organising, approving and conserving external legal advice.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's in Law, specialising in Corporate Law- Business Law.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level with ability to negotiate
French: fluent.
