Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Providing ad hoc reporting to Head of Sections/Departments/Centres with analysis and supporting corrective actions,
·  Animating financial processes (EAC/MPR/OP/RM) with interfaces to make sure that agreement will be reached on cost base, workload and resources with Management and HR,
·  Organising and animating the process for forecasting workload and capacity needs,
·  Analysing workload planning and resources planning to make sure that no gap will appear,
·  Managing and anticipating headcounts evolution (Owns and TA) in order to ensure the reliability of the capacity,
·  Supporting Head of Departments in cost monitoring: identify costs deviation, alert and make action plan to come back on targets,
·  Managing the quarterly forecast.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an engineering / a management school, specialising in Finance / Controlling.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have knowledge of:

·  Providing cost analysis and alternatives,
·  Creating Cost references from knowledge,
·  Preparing Cost Engineering Assumptions,
·  Producing Cost Estimation and Simulation,
·  Delivering Cost Engineering Dossier,
·  Anticipating Cost Engineering Knowledge,
·  Defining Cost Engineering Enablers.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: Advanced level,
French: Fluent.
