Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

1/Input data: Contract, business requirements and internal or external customers, project charter, lessons learned.

Your tasks will consist in:

·  Delivering the project on-time, in the field provided, while respecting the objectives in terms of cost and quality and fulfilling customer satisfaction,
·  Managing relations between the project stakeholders, as well as customer requirements and expectations.

Output data: Delivering the product/service/solution to the customer in compliance with the contract/requirements.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Meeting project objectives (deadlines, scope, cost, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction, in compliance with external and internal rules and regulations,
·  Defining, implementing and steering the project team/organisation during project phases, including personnel from other functions (matrix organisation),
·  Ensuring the successful integration of lessons learned,
·  Actively managing risks, opportunities and contracts (internally or externally),
·  Ensuring the effective management of partners and suppliers,
·  Supporting project management of new aircraft developments (incremental developments) for A320/A330/A380/A400M programmes: Design, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing and Budget.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree, or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Materials, and Industrial Engineering.

Ideally, you have some initial experience in Project Management.

You enjoy working within a team and have very good communication and interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent
