Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting and leading the Procurement activities of one or several products/packages/suppliers,
·  Securing the contractual framework of suppliers with the Company and providing the best purchasing conditions for the Company,
·  Contributing to the sourcing activity, managing the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements,
·  Monitoring the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...),
·  Managing the day-to-day relations with suppliers and running projects to optimise customer value, while minimising total cost of ownership and risks,
·  Being part of the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a management school or a Master's degree at university (5th year), specialising in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, Economics.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and good knowledge of:

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Negotiation level,
French: Intermediate level.
Spanish would be a plus.
