Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for 6-month internship.

Since 2015, Airbus enters a period of workforce adaptation to match skills with business needs. It's the result of ramp-up on the one hand and on the other, reduced development and lowered production for some programs.
With thousands of positions open across Airbus Group and its subsidiaries, mobility is key bringing to anticipate the future competence needs whereas a competence baseline is to be secured in Airframe Centers.

In addition, the company's competitiveness matters more than ever in preparing for market evolution ramp-up in the competition to maintain market leadership, in its ability to face down disruptive technologies and in securing future investment.
In order to meet these challenges Airbus needs to prepare the employees on value-added activities especially in regards with the Competence and Knowledge (C&K) Management areas for the short, middle and long term.

This internship will start on 1st October 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will include:

·  Contributing to the process development and deployment in regards with the Airframe C&K strategy,
·  Developing innovative approach in order to meet the engineering stakes,
·  Supporting in contributing to the Airframe C&K projects,
·  Managing accordingly the project dossiers following the Airbus standards,
·  Extracting and preparing reports based on the database owned by the HR and engineering (database standard knowledge appreciated),
·  Promoting the project objectives within the Airframe engineering network, the HR and Finance functions.

Required skills

You are in the 1st year of a master's or the 4th year of engineering school, university or equivalent specialising in Process, Project and Lean Management.

You ideally have an initial experience.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: advanced level.
