Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Elancourt) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

The Technical Management of Business Line Communication, Intelligence and Security is looking for a Community Manager intern to define, implement and animate the SharePoint community representative of its missions on the company's internal social network and in an international environment.

This internship will start on 1st December 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Analysing needs and designing a coherent and evolving community architecture,
·  Structuring the content and identifying the information presentation vectors and the animation of the relevant, efficient and attractive community,
·  Implementing the community and its various missions
·  Highlighting key information, KPIs and the current events of each mission,
·  Providing assistance to members for access to and usage of the community,
·  Animating the community, its contents and the exchanges with its members,
·  Defining and implementing collaborative tools dedicated to the management of each mission,
·  Following up community activity and proposing improvement avenues for its features and its contents in a continuous manner,
·  Managing access and information sharing rights (publication of data by a third party (agenda, forum, etc.)).

The collaborative social network of the Airbus Defence and Space Group is the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

The missions of the Technical Management can be gathered into 5 main categories that are the bases of this SharePoint community:

·  Coordination of R&D and innovation, as well as the follow-up of technological roadmaps,
·  Management of the Intellectual Property portfolio
·  Quality processes and follow-up of programme KPIs,
·  Activities related to Frequency Management alongside National and International Authorities (ITU),
·  Partnerships in particular those with University and Institutional Research stakeholders.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in IT.

You are inquisitive, reactive, you have a strong interest in new media and social networks and you are proficient with codes and usages of efficient and attractive communication that are in effect of this type of platform.

You are meticulous and have good organisational skills, time management skills and are independent.

You are proficient with SharePoint and its features.

Ideally, you have initial experience in the management of a SharePoint community.

You have a strong interest in the engineering field and new technologies.

English: an advanced level (at ease orally for presentations or for telephone interventions)
French: fluent.
