Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 3-month internship.

Airbus Product services is looking for a student in communication to join its "Cabin and Cargo Systems Engineering Support" (SEEC) department.
You will be integrated in the team in charge of Cabin Electronics.

This internship will start on 2nd May 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Pax connectivity is a growing concern for the operators.
Passengers are asking for the same service level as if they were at home.
In order to meet these expectations, we have to develop another relations with our customers and with the service providers.
Pushing information to customers is one way of achieving this.
However, we need to build our processes, define our templates and develop communication packages towards the operators and the internal airbus actors.

The end result of your internship would be as follows

·  Drafting the processes,
·  Defining the templates to collect information,
·  Defining a dashboard/newsletter format specific to each operator.

Required skills

You have a Bachelor's degree, specialising in Communication.

You ideally have initial experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
