Description of the job

An internship vacancy has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space at its Toulouse site.

Airbus is looking for an intern (m/f) in Communication and Marketing to join its Talent Executive Development team.

The role of the TEM organisation is to ensure that we maintain within the Airbus Group, a network of talents that are monitored and developed in order to ensure in particular the succession plan of our Top Management positions within the Airbus Group.

The TEM Operations team includes focal points in each division in order to ensure an harmonised approach for service operations: presentations for People Review, organisation of Visibility Events, appointment to internal or external development programmes, Airbus Group Mentoring, etc.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility) for a period of approximately 4 to 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

The internship will consist in supporting TEM Ops in all their communication activities. In particular for these aspects:

·  Animating the recently created Mentoring community to allow mentors and mentees to exchange, provide information on mentoring, associated events, etc.
·  Supporting the marketing of our activities,
·  Preparing materials to aid the transformation of our activities in the context of PULSE and assisting with event organisation, etc.

Required skills

·  You are currently enrolled in the final year of your studies and are completing the second year of a Master's degree (5-year degree) in Communication,
·  A previous internship in communication would be a plus,
·  Excellent writing skills,
·  Well-organised and flexible,
·  Proactive, and independent,
·  Fluency in English is required.
