Description of the job

Airbus Operations SAS is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will work under the hierarchical responsibility of the person responsible for Airbus Operations SAS Commercial Service in Toulouse.

You will interact with:

·  External customers (subcontractors, partners and suppliers) and customers of the Airbus Group,
·  Airbus departments (Facility Management, ICT, Communication, Accounting & Finance, Tax & Insurance, production units, and Engineering).

This internship will start on 1st January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be in charge of support activities for the NFG commercial activity in the following fields:

·  Support for the sales of machines and tools: Consulting potential customer buyers, preparing the call for tender dossier with the Airbus ordering customer, launching the call for tender, selecting the customer based on objective criteria, drafting the commercial offer, invoicing the customer after delivery, following up payment according to invoice deadlines.
·  Support for the resolution of unpaid invoices: Based on the unpaid amounts, reviewing with project leaders in order to establish the reasons for unpaid invoices and attempting to resolve them.
·  Sales and/or transfer of obsolete equipment to a customer or an internal department.
·  Various business matters: Establishing contracts or agreements with associations, customers. Producing various business offers and creating the invoices using the SAP tool.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 3-year degree level in a business school (or equivalent),
·  Good knowledge of pack office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
·  Knowledge of accounting is desirable,
·  Knowledge of the legal field, preferably of business law,
·  Meticulous, analytical and summarising skills,
·  Sense of initiative, dynamic and inquisitive,
·  Ability to integrate easily into a team, independent nature,
·  Excellent interpersonal skills,
·  Advanced level of English and negotiation level of French.
