Description of the job
Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
Within the context of design-stress-simulation process and tool integration in Airbus, you will contribute to the collection of detailed finite element modelling principles and to their publication in the 3D Experience Platform.
This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your work will involve making use of best practices developed in the context of Airbus programmes, especially the A350 programme where numerical simulation has been widely used in the development phase.
If any rules are missing or if there are multiple rules, you will develop simple test cases of typical airframe parts or elementary joints.
The finite element software used will be Abaqus.
Required skills
You are in the final year of an engineering school or a Master's degree at university (5th year), specialising in Engineering / Simulations, Modeling.
You ideally have initial experience in procurement.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
English: Intermediate level,
French: Advanced level.
