Description of the job

Airbus Group Innovations (Nantes) is looking for an intern for a 5-month internship.

This internship will start on 7th March 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

· Implementing CFD models for the simulation of composite production processes (hot components),
· Studying the feasibility of aerothermal modelling of the production processes for aircraft structural parts (wings, fuselage components).

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or the 5th year of engineering school or university, specialising in Thermal science and Fluid mechanics.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and the following knowledge/skills:

· Heat transfers,
· Stress analysis in Computational Fluid Dynamics,
· Thermal and fluid instrumentation,
· CFD software (Ansys Fluent, Open Foam, Code Saturne).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level.
