Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will be part of the FCFF team (10 persons: 5 in Hamburg + 5 in Toulouse), which is jointly accountable for Non-Serie Programme, Resource and Central Functions Controlling.

You will be responsible for:

·  Contributing to the elaboration of Central Functions AOP (Airbus Operating Plan),
·  Guaranteeing Administrative processes (Purchase Orders validation, legal and Accounting matters),
·  Ensuring that monthly reports are issued on time and on quality (schedules preparation / detailed analysis),
·  Ensuring that Central Functions budgets are not overspent (costs & headcount).

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Participating to the preparation of central functions AOP (Airbus Operating Plan),
·  Preparing and analysing reporting Costs and Headcounts on a regular basis (monthly reporting),
·  Approving Purchase Orders,
·  Being a key user of controlling tools (IFRP, TM1),
·  On top, being a high contributor of the new projects which will be launched end of 2016.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 5th year of university, business school or equivalent, specialising in Finance/controlling or equivalent (Master in progress).

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you have Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills.

You are determined and self-disciplined and you have analytical skills.
You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: fluent,
French: advanced level.
