Description of the job
Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 4-6-month internship.
The A380 Nose & Center Fuselage Engineering organisation (120 colleagues) provides the detailed design for Airbus A380 aircraft fuselages.
The business management unit within this department is responsible for:
· Resource & Competence Management,
· Cost / budget monitoring,
· Subcontracting Management,
· Process, Methods & Tools management,
· Change / Improvement Management.
This internship will start on 2nd January, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include:
1) Supplier Steering (work package specification, supplier performance tracking)
· Supporting the subcontracting management by formalizing and improving processes,
· Accompanying work packages leaders in the creation of specifications for 2017,
· Identifying and sharing best practices.
2) Cost Management
· Improving Performance and continuous improvement through root cause analysis, risks/opportunities identification, recommendations in order to enable decision making,
· Mapping, collecting and synthesizing financial data and related stakeholders.
3) Communication
· Providing synthesis to end users and management via documentation & communication.
Required skills
You are in the 1st year of a Master's degree or in the 2nd year of university, business school or equivalent specialising in Project Management.
You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you have competencies in Excel and PowerPoint.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
