Description of the job

A vacancy for an IT internship in the automation of commercial and contract processes has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse.

You will join the "Commercial & Contracts FR" department.
In this context, you will be in charge of producing a tool for the automation and transfer of financial data in VBA for EXCEL between the estimation tool (based on EXCEL tables) and the tool for costing ESA - ECOS offers (with a Turbo-Data-Entry function in EXCEL format).

This internship will start in February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will also be responsible for:

·  Producing a tool that generates simple commercial offers, standardised by merging emails between EXCEL databases for small businesses (i.e. on-site support, consulting and studies) and a master WORD document referencing standard Administrative, Financial and Contractual rubrics, at a minimum, and adjustable for adding points specific to an offer,
·  Achieving complete automation for producing financial appendices in CNES format in VBA for EXCEL using data from the estimation tool, potentially with a dialogue box style interface.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  2nd year of a Master's degree or 5th year at a university or engineering school, specialising in management and/or finance IT,
·  Proficiency in the Office Suite and specifically in Excel (Macro, VB),
·  Very good interpersonal skills,
·  Good team player,
·  Good analytical skills and a meticulous approach,
·  Ability to summarise,
·  Advanced level of English and negotiation level of French.
