Description of the job
Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
The new functions developed by Design Office and the feedback of Airlines require continuous evolutions of Flight Controls and Auto Pilot computers.
These evolutions only concern a tiny part of the logics but they require a lot of tests to guarantee no regression has been introduced.
These tests are performed either on simulator with real cockpit and flight loop simulation or on system bench integrating all the real flight controls and Auto Pilot computers with a simulated cockpit.
The aim of your training period will be to develop:
· Test automatic tool on system bench (Flight Controls and Auto Pilot) for non regression tests (also called "Typical flight" tests). This tool already exists on A330/A340 for Flight Controls only.
· A tool to ease the troubleshooting on simulator (Flight Controls and Auto Pilot).
This internship will start in January, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Non regression:
· developing the tool on system bench, (Flight Controls and Auto Pilot) covering A350 needs and to adapt it for A330Neo Lab test campaign,
Troubleshooting:
· developing the tool on simulator, (Flight Controls and Auto Pilot) for A330/A340 and to adapt the tool on simulator and test bench for A350.
The interest of your training period, on top of the global knowledge of Flight Controls System and integration tests domain, will be its practical implementation on the A330/A340/A350 test means (simulators with real cockpit and flight loop simulation, system bench integrating all the real flight controls computer with a simulated cockpit).
This training period will be based on previous automation methods developed for "CDVTool & automatic tests".
