Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Depending on the period and duration of your internship, you'll be responsible of a multinational deployment project or you will assist the project manager for the daily business activities of larger international projects (deployment of different IM solutions in the subsidiaries of Airbus Helicopters all around the world).

In this frame, you'll be continuously in contact with people of various countries (Singapore, US, Brazil...) and your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Developing dashboards for the follow-up of the project activity,
·  Organising and facilitating the coordination of the various technical experts involved in the project (in Europe and in the subsidiaries),
·  Preparing the presentations for the steering committees and milestones meetings,
·  Managing the follow-up of the budget of the project,
·  Assisting the project manager in the creation and following-up of the Project Management Plan.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 5th year of university, engineering school or equivalent specialising in Business Information Technology.

You ideally have an initial experience in this field. You have competencies in:

·  Methodology and organizational approach,
·  Project management.

IT skills in network, security, servers and IT services would be an advantage.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
