Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Elancourt) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 28 November, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your missions will include:

·  Participating in the functional enhancement in support of the FORTION 2016 product roadmap,
·  Assessing open-source components of image and video automated processing (image search by similarity, detection of manipulation, extraction of objects from images and videos, identification of persons in images and videos),
·  Integrating innovative components in WebLab / FORTION MM platforms,
·  Supporting the production and validation of the FORTION MM V1.2 version integrating these new features.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in 5th year at university, specialising in IT.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You also have knowledge of information processing and of the following technical fields: Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge engineering, Semantic Web (RDF, RDFS/OWL, SPARQL), Image and video processing.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
