Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 16th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In the perimeter of spherical bearings and roller bearings, your main tasks will include:

·  Supporting to better understand ageing phenomenon like wear and endurance for these rotating elements,
·  Studying of key parameters and aircraft spectra simplification in order to qualify these products in a realistic approach. Tests are planned in Airbus lab facilities,
·  Investigating the aged structures to get return of experience.

If possible, a simulation study could be started in order to predict wear aspects.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's or the 5th year of engineering school, university or equivalent specialising in Mechanical Engineering.

You ideally have an initial experience.
You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
