Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Airbus Helicopters is currently working on the optimisation of its tools and maintenance tools, through a commercial approach, including the deployment of the associated services, such as the rental and calibration services.

This leads to the in-depth analysis of the “Tooling” classification, market forecasts, the identification of tools used and selection criteria for tools.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Identifying and gathering the applicable tools and tooling criteria (nature of the tool (specific/common), the tool family, the frequency of its use, prices, calibration requirements, etc.),
·  Supporting the deployment of Airbus Helicopters common transnational tools and the maintenance tools/IT solutions database,
·  Analysing the current turnover with respect to the business volume by region, programme, tool family, references,
·  Performing price analysis,
·  Performing market analyses, business forecasts,
·  Supporting the development of communication material for associated services (catalogues, presentations, etc.).

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school, business school, completing a Master's degree or in university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in General Engineering with a major in business.

You are a proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.

You ideally have initial experience in market study, business analysis and business development analysis.

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

You are meticulous, you have the ability to follow rules and you are committed to continuous improvement.

You are independent and service-oriented.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
