Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

In the context of the Air Traffic Management domain and in particular in the scope of SESAR 2020 project development, the integration test domain aims to study the feasibility of an Extended Projected Profile (EPP) emulator to answer to the V&V strategy for the I4D function integration.

You will have 3 main activities:
* Project management,
* Budget planning,
* Stakeholders management.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will include:

·  Analysing the existing Air Traffic Management (ATM) environment and future constraints to come,
·  Analysing the existing ATM test means either on Airbus or ANSPs (ground service providers) side to validate SESAR concepts,
·  Analysing and evaluating the needs for a traffic generator that could implement new 4 dimensions based operations,
·  Planning and implementing a solution and the proposed roadmap,
·  Developing and coordinating the project "Kick-off".

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's or in the 5th year of engineering school, university or equivalent specialising in Airworthiness (Safety, Certification) Engineering.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have project management skills.

You are autonomous, organised and pragmatic. You have a multicultural mindset.
You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: intermediate level.
