Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 3rd October 2017 (subject to certain flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In the context of developing ALM technology, your tasks will involve:

·  Summarising the knowledge on the state of the art of 3D printing at AIRBUS,
·  Suggesting a strategy for finding parts to be candidates for this design change,
·  Applying this strategy to select one or more aircraft parts,
·  Redesigning the candidate part according to the possibilities offered by this new technology,
·  Checking the interest of this new design by comparing it with other technologies and associated designs,
·  Ensuring the design's feedback.

You will need to be able to summarise in order to understand all the requirements the design must meet.

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Engineering.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level.
French: intermediate level.
