Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the team in charge of the "aircraft release report" (BSA) development project (management of time spent and aircraft statuses) which aims to better fulfil the expectations of FAL Management and simplify the process.

This internship will start beginning of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will involve:

·  Structuring and steering the project (project management)
·  Carrying out an evaluation of the current BSA
·  Working with the various stakeholders to define the possible solutions and the associated actions
·  Producing, testing and deploying the new tool (this will require good knowledge of Excel/Access)
·  Reporting on the progress of the project
·  Possibly working on simplifying the required workforce commitment

The project will also involve optimising the "administrative" aspect of BNLO1 Production group data inputting:

·  ANALYSIS phase: Deliverable: analysis report highlighting the problems identified
·  PROPOSAL phase: Deliverable: proposal of various possible options - creation of a unique file/tool, request to modify an existing tool, etc.
·  PRODUCTION phase: Deliverable: solution selected from the proposal phase and developed and delivered

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree or business school, specialising in project management.

Ideally, you have initial experience in this field. You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level
French: intermediate level.
