Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

In the context of adapting the rate of the A380, a multi-functional team is leading a transformation project within the A380 FAL, in Toulouse. It consists of studying and guiding the rate change with industrial solutions that integrate new line work scheduling/reworking the station layouts.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will join a project structure where you will assign yourself steering activities:

·  Managing aircraft/project schedules,
·  Coordinating multi-functional teams (manufacturing engineering, logistics, procurement, training, quality, etc.),
·  Organising work groups,
·  Managing project risks,
·  Preparing project reviews/action follow-up,
·  Leading a change management/communication campaign.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your project management skills as well as explore the organisation and functions of a FAL.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school or a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Aerospace Engineering.

Ideally, you have initial work experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Intermediate level.
French: Fluent.
