Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will be responsible for:

·  Ensuring that performance management principles, processes and tools are fully deployed and effectively used in A350XWB Ramp-Up project in full accordance with BXK requirements,
·  Supporting the Head of BXKMM by elaborating a planned way of working and providing Time/Cost/Quality/Risks information to enable decision making at ramp-up project level,
·  Supporting various business improvement projects within the A350 ramp-up project perimeter (action management, project set-up, project planning and PDCA).

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting of all performance management activities in A350 Ramp-Up by ensuring the daily application of processes like definition, deployment and steering of the project plan (on all levels of the organisation),
·  Supporting the performance management harmonisation and integration between all levels of the organisation. Ensuring the application of the same rules and regulations also in the RSP perimeter in order to guarantee a consistent way of working,
·  Steering of performance management activities by clear priorities, with permanent assessment of risks, and analysis of performance data,
·  Supporting the definition and deployment of a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and ensuring its operational use through the whole organisation, including in particular work progress and earned value, resources availability, actions status,
·  Driving operationally action follow-up and consolidating status for ramp-up project including axis streams.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 5th year of university, Engineering (industrial manufacturing) or business school or equivalent.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you have knowledge in pack Office Microsoft and VBA.
A knowledge of aeronautical domain would be a plus.

You are recognised as proactive, dynamic and open-minded. You have the abilities to persuade and to negotiate.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level,
French: advanced level.
