Description of the job

Airbus (Saint Nazaire) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Familiarising yourself with the A350 XWB structure and its junctions produced at Airbus Saint-Nazaire,
·  Familiarising yourself with the structural repair procedures applied on the program (repair catalogue),
·  Assessing the technical baseline used for processing the fuselage structural repairs,
·  Testing the concession SAP tool to define some examples of repair solutions,
·  Establishing the detailed chart describing the process for answering structural concessions, integrating T100 inspection check-lists,
·  Programming under VBA an ergonomic interface integrating the steps described in the chart,
·  Testing and validating the interface with the representatives of the drawing and stress analysis department.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or at university (5th year), specialising in Design Engineering or General Engineering.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level
French: advanced level
