Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will support the team in charge to:

·  Consolidate supply chain performance for the overall A350 Program (ramp up readiness) taking care of -1000 introduction into -900 ramp up and report to K and PBK,
·  Develop Supply Chain Watchtower, forward looking team and process that enables the PO leadership team to anticipate and mitigate risks on quality and OTD.

This internship will start on 9th of January2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the team with watchtower set-up:

* Defining a roadmap and then continuously developing in an agile way,
* Setting standard elements that are regularly monitored and defining potential areas for study,
* Setting clear process, governance and defining clearly where output should go (PO topics vs POx).

·  Supporting the team to prepare & secure ramp-up:

* Assessing status and rating studies for critical suppliers,
* Performing Ramp-up risk management for anticipation.

Required skills

You are completing your final Master degree (up to 5 years), specializing in Purchasing and Supply Chain ideally, and you have the following abilities/experiences:

·  Ideally you have initial experience in this domain and you master the pack Office Microsoft,
·  Recognised as autonomous, open minded and you have the ability to negotiate and to look for informations,
·  You are a team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
·  English and French at an advanced level.
