Description of the job

Airbus (Nantes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the Human Resources teams at the Nantes site, more specifically the A350 CDT Human Resources Business Partners and the CDT air inlets team.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Following up and analysing annual reviews of employees in the A350 CDT and air inlets team (main mission),
·  Helping to deploy the pay policy to support the HRBPs for the scope in question,
·  Assisting the HRBPs in some of their daily activities,
·  Acting as the direct focal point for employees for certain administrative topics.

Required skills

You are currently in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or the final year of a business school, specialising in Human Resources.

Ideally, you have initial experience.

You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint).

You are pragmatic, independent, meticulous and inquisitive.

You are recognised for your communication skills and your organisation skills

You have a good team spirit and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent level.
