Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

The proposed training subject is to participate to, and improve the Single Aisle (ceo & neo) Programme Management.

Airbus has launched the upgrade of its Single Aisle family by:

·  Installing new generation engines, upgrading the structure and systems. This task has been allocated to the A320neo Programme (new engines option),
·  Launching a set of Major Modifications (MaMo's) to maintain and improve the footprint of the current best seller, the A320 family.

Your internship will be held during an interesting period covering the Flight Test Campaign, the first Entry into Service and the preparation of the First Flight for CFM powered neo Aircraft.

This internship will start on 1st September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will assist the neo Programme Management Operations department by:

·  Collecting / checking the necessary data and associated justifications,
·  Preparing dossiers and ensure the correlation with the data received from Programme and the Functions,
·  Checking coherency of data and associated argumentations,
·  Providing training information and improve the content,
·  Proposing monitoring and system improvement.

This internship will be focussed on running existing process, be embedded on the daily operational activities of the group and propose evolutions and/or changes to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the Single Aisle Programme Management.

The following main topics have been identified and will be the main streams of this

·  Support the A320 Resources and Cost Management for Major Modifications.
·  Support the A320 Risk Management deployment of new tools and adherence to the Golden Rules.

Required skills

You are in last year of a business school or an engineering school, master or university.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.

You are open minded and flexible.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

English: fluent,
French: advanced level,
German language would be a plus.
