Description of the job

An internship in Electrical Ground Test Means maintenance has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join Maintenance Department with the team Electrical Ground Test Means. The team is in charge of maintenance activities for FALs : A320/A330. The activity consists in connecting the wiring to the aircraft, assembling disassembling the tools, assembling the test program tool & testing the cables using a PLC.
This 6 Month internship will start from September 25th 2017 (Date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Do an as is status of the current situation
·  Implement a configuration management (adapter braces, link between PLC and aircraft test harnesses). Find an optimization solution
·  Create documentation supports, configuration management
·  Implement a process between the different stakeholders : acquisition & maintenance

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to 2, 3 or 4 year degree level (or equivalent) in Electronics, Industrial Information Systems or a related discipline.
·  Basic knowledge in Information systems, Electricity & Electronics
·  Team spirit
·  Adaptation capabilities
·  Knowledge in meetings organization in industrial environment
·  Beginner level of English & negotiation in French
