Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 2 or 3-month internship.

You will be in charge of the 5S implementation for the A380/A400M Stress/Calculation documentation concerning the Nose section/Central section of the fuselage.

This internship will start on 5th September, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Clarifying the archiving process (Airbus legal obligations, eligible documents, Diderot procedure, etc.),
·  Carrying out a cleaning operation on the unarchived paper documentation, and deploying a robust archiving process,
·  Optimizing the shared server's folder architecture (identifying requirements, defining the confidentiality rules, managing data migration),
·  Promoting the "zero paper" culture (e.g.: making the use of an electronic signature systematic).

This internship will both familiarize you with the "calculation" documentation (type of documents, etc.) and contribute to optimizing work methods (Lean).

Required skills

You are currently on a scientific cursus at university level (High School Diploma + 2/3 years).

You ideally have initial experience in this sector.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
