Description of the job :
In Toulouse, within the Engineering Department, the Production Support team (Mise au point: MAP) is in charge to provide technical support during the ATR aircraft assembly process in the Final Assembly Line (FAL A, FAL B, flight line) .
On the domain, the candidate will have the following missions:
• Be the Focal point, inside the Design Office , for the concession process, ensuring:
o The appropriate process application and its continuous improvement
o The support to production organization (POA) in the frame of concession process
o The training to all signatories
o The coherence between the concession process and the SAP tool, through management of informatics tool evolution
o The technical support during the internal and external audits (EASA, AFNOR,..)
• Create, improve and capitalize the KPI of concession process needed for Engineering and Program directorates, perform specific analysis when needed.
• Follow-up and analysis of technical recurring topics, in coordination with quality, center of competences of design office, suppliers and partners (Airbus , Leonardo).
• Follow-up of MAP improvement project for product and processes.
You will work on the Airbus site of Saint Martin, at the interface with Production, Quality and Engineering.

Task & accountabilities :
Main activities :
• Follow-up of MAP improvement project for product and processes.
• Focal point MAP for the technical topics to be shown during the customer forum in FAL.
• Design office focal point for the concession process
• Lead an alternance project aimed to create a business model for recurring topics (non-conformities),that can be solved with design change.
• Animate the interface meeting with all stakeholders in the frame of concession process improvement.
• Admin tasks for SAP PAC: user account creations, password reset, RTO, P/N creation , drawing creation, signatories' rights of users, support to users.
• Participate to concession process treatment
• Create KPI on monthly basis for concession process. Perform analysis of KPI aimed to identify the recurrent topics to be addressed.
• Focal point of KPI inside the MAP team.
• Perform training for all concession process signatories
• Provide technical support during the internal and external audit concerning the concession process.
• Contribute to transversal activities regarding the SAP usage for concession process.

Required skills :
Technical knowledge :
Technical (general / specific) :
General
Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, with a previous experience of at least 5-10 years in design and/or quality.
A general knowledge of aircraft design (cabin, system, structure), FAL organization and
quality is needed.
A knowledge of the FAL industrial processes would be appreciable.
A good knowledge of statistical analysis is needed, by using Excel, Access and VBA, in order to produce and analyze the KPI and associated datas.
LEAN competences needed to ensure the continuous improvement culture.
Multi-disciplinary attitude in highly required.

Specific:
• EASA Part 21 rules (inclusing DOA and POA).
• Aircraft Configuration Management
• Aircraft documentation (IPC et AMM, SB, CMM)
• Project management basic knowledge
• Statistics knowledge.
• LEAN approach knowledge

Language :
• French mandatory.
• English (level B2)
• Italian would be a plus.
Informatic
• SAP PGI, PAC
• Pack Office, en particulier EXCEL, ACCESS et VBA.

Specific constraints :
Working as production support, following constraints could apply:
- « in situ » on weekends and bank holiday,
- On-call (tel)
